Is there an option for fill/kill on PO lines. Or maybe Supplier site setting for Fill KIll

We are moving to LUOM ordering with a supplier. This supplier only does Fill/Kill on LUOM accounts. Does anyone know an automated way to update PO line quantity or cancel the PO lines for Fill/Kill process? We receive ASNs for this supplier, so I am hoping there is something we can tie in from that document to close the unfulfilled or partial PO lines..
