Purchasing Approval Rule error

We are getting purchasing approval , earlier it was working fine but after upgrade only it is not working its giving an error as

exception.type: ERROR exception.severity: 2 exception.name: Runtime error in Task Query Service. exception.description: Runtime error in Task Query Service. Failure in getTaskSequence. exception.fix: Verify that the parameters passed are correct


Ca somebody please help me on this issue
