Not able to upload multiple year budget for the same task and expenditure type

Hi Experts,

We are trying add multi-year budget for the same project, task and expenditure type. Example,

System accepts the data entry but at the time of baseline, it overrides the first line and rejects the second line.

We have annual budgets applicable for our projects, and need ability to define new/next year budget for the same combination and want system to enforce budgetary control on the basis of date range.

This was possible in EBS, but not working in Fusion for some reason. I am attaching the system screenshot as well for your reference.
