Redwood Employee Performance Page stuck in loading screen

When opening the Redwood Employee Performance page using a custom Employee role, the page is stuck in the loading screen. However, when I try to open it using the custom Admin role, the page open successfully. What could possibly the missing privilege in our custom Employee role that's causing the issue? Please refer to the file attached for the Performance privileges that are present in the Admin role and not in the Employee role.
