Dual sourcing in Replenishment Planning

Summary:

In Replenishment Planning

Only Rank 1 sourcing rules and bills of distribution are supported.

Split sourcing rules and bills of distribution aren't supported

but Multiecheclon Planning support sourcing Ranks and sourcing allocation percentage with order modifiers.

So in order to have dual sourcing in RP, do we need to enable it for Multiecheclon Planning ?
