Shipment planning as per mill wise vessel carrying capacity allocation as per collaboration meeting

Summary:

Hi Team,

We are working on one of the requirements where we want to plan shipment through auto bulk-plan job based on Mill wise capacity allocation.

For example, we have Vessel/ Voyage Schedule for every week, and let’s assume it has Vessel Carrying Capacity as 10000 tons. our defined vessel schedule includes three mills (Oxe/Borlange/Finland).

Another condition, there is collaboration meeting between Mills each week where decision will be made which mill will carry how much approved capacity for the week.

Below table explain next week 18th March 2024 voyage schedule, column ‘K’ refers total orders available for planning for the week and column ‘H’ includes how much orders can picked up mill wise planning for the week and remaining order quantity should go to next available voyage schedule. In below scenario, total mill wise orders available for the week (8000+3000+4000 tons) but vessel carrying capacity 10000 tons only mill wise(Borlange-6000 tons/Oxe-2000 tons/Finland-2000 tons). So OTM should be able to honor approved mill wise vessel carrying capacity and plan the shipment accordingly.
