In our environment, user sometimes receives bell notification with language different from the default language in preference.

Below is an example.

  1. User with the default language set as Japanese in preference sends contract invoice for approval to an approval group (approver1 and 2 are included in this group).
  2. Approver1 receives the approval request on bell notification with a Japanese title but approver2 receives it with English, though both approvers' default language are set as Japanese.

Does default language affect bell notification title language? Does it take couple of minutes for the system to reflect the language setting, or do we have to take some action?
