How to bypass Buy as Recommended Item Only using Quick Key Add

Summary:

Adding parts directly using the Quick Add action, only items set to "Direct Buy" can be entered. If it is set to "Buy as Recommended Item only", the item is not made available. We have a situation where typically the item is to be constrained with the "Buy as Recommended Item only" setting, but there is a customer where these parts can be ordered but cannot be loaded through the quick add action. Can a rule be setup to allow these parts for certain customers?
