Line Manager cannot see absence balance for absence TYPE

Summary:

Hi, is there a way for a line manager to see their direct reports absence balances for an absence Type? We have floating holiday configured at type level as we have a fast formula that controls the usage etc. Line manager cannot see it so we want to know if there is a way for line manager to see balances of absence type?


We DO have a plan but we have configured alot of the conditions at the type level. Plan is no entitlement and I cannot see the balance display section at plan level. Please advise ASAP.
