Duplicate Merge for candidate profiles, where do I find the attached merge report?

Summary: Reading documentation for merging candidate profiles as of 24A Merge Candidate Files (oracle.com), the "Result" final step says: Merge reports are attached to retained candidate for further reference and traceability.

How do I locate this report? Is it a special permission needed as I do not see it anywhere.
