Can I reorder Action menu items in Learning?

We are needing to both reorder and remove an item from Action menu items in Redwood Learning. Is there any documentation on this? In the attached screenshot, functional leaders would like to move Find Offering up under Enroll in Course and remove 'Add to Journey.'
