Can I use eligibility profiles in assigning offerings to employees
Summary:
Our HR team is creating a new hire journey in Oracle. They are using eligibility profiles to assign the journey to different groups of employees. We have a few Oracle Learning items that are part of the same Journey but they need to be assigned through Learning. Is there a way to use their eligibility profiles vs creating our own initiatives and routinely making sure the two assignment mechanisms are in synch with each other?
