Talent Ratings Page Only Showing Two Rating Sections

On the Talent Ratings page (via My Client Groups - Talent Profile or even through Person Spotlight), we are limited to only seeing two ratings sections when we actually have 3 sections that should display.

When we navigate to My Client Groups - Talent Profile and go to the Talent Ratings page, we expect to see Performance Ratings, Career Potential, and 6-Box Ratings. However, we can only see two regions at a time. One user could see Performance and 6-box while another can see only Performance and Career Potential. I have reset all the Profile Content Section Access, removing and readding the job roles and refreshing/regenerating the data role security. I went into Page Composer and found that I could find the section for 6-Box that wasn't appearing and changed the
