What is the functionality for automatic renaming flex field.

Dear All ,

In the person management page, there is a dropdown to select the context value. When I select the ‘Employee No’ option, the below flex field will be automatically  renaming as that option. Currently we need to know the function that used to automatically renaming because we need to add this functionality to other processes. Appreciate your support on this requirement.
