How to configure parallel payroll timecard approval rule ?
we need to configure parallel approval flow for payroll timecard i.e. timecard should go for approval to Project manager and Line manager and 2nd level manager at same time and anyone of the 3 can approve it . we got some docs for same and tried to configure but the issue still stands. Raised an SR for same but the document which they have shared it not helpful.

As per the document there should be Pencil icon on top right corner but this is not there in our case :
We cann't find - Action Menu provides the option to add a new participant in sequence or parallel anywhere on the screen.
