Additional information within Projects should be Non Editable if the project is closed

Summary:

Hi Team,

For projects labeled as 'CLOSED', the additional information within Manage Financial Project Settings must be non-editable in PROD.

In Non-Prod environment, This field is disabled properly but in PROD it is editable. Can you suggest what can be done here?

Please provide steps to achieve it.
