Is there any solution to directly fetch list of assigned tasks for an ID in HCM system with BPM 4.0

We are trying with API's as per below documentation and we are able to fetch tasklist but we are seeing unexpected behaviour with attributes/parameters.

we have below requirement

1.We would like to know if there is any API which can give us task list assigned to a particular ID/user.

2.And also created by particular ID/user.
