Does EDMCS support metadata sync from EPBCS to Oracle ERP?

Summary:

The use case is new Natural Accounts, Cost Centres, Products members are created in EPBCS as part of the Annual Budget cycle. Once the budget is approved, these new members should be available in Oracle ERP so that the budget can be pushed from Oracle EPBCS to Oracle Budgetary Control. Does EDMCS supports the use case of synching/creating the new members (segment values) in Oracle ERP sourced from Oracle EPBCS?
