CMP_SALARY_SECURED_LIST_V empty

Using CMP_SALARY_SECURED_LIST_V to secure a BIP report, but the table is empty for target user.

Hi team ,

i'm trying to use CMP_SALARY_SECURED_LIST_V to secure a report containing compensation data.

The goal is for user A not to be able to view people on a report for whom user A does not have view on salary.

At the moment i'm just making a simple select * from CMP_SALARY_SECURED_LIST_V without any filters and user A doesn't view anything from this query, even though in the system he does have visibility of many people's salary.
