RMA Receiving Parameter Options - Validate lot

The business needs the receipt of the RMA to validate the original lot.

In 'Manage Receiving Parameters', the 'RMA validate lots' option is set to 'Restricted'.

when I perform an RMA manual receipt and register a different lot than the original lot, the system allows the creation of the receipt.

Does this restricted lot validation option work for manual receipts?
