App Driven Integrations - Stuck In Progress

In GEN3 has anyone encountered app driven integrations stuck in In Progress status?

I have a main scheduled integration which calls an App Driven integration.

The app driven integration makes a REST call to an ERP custom object and then returns a response.

The app driven integration instances are running, successfully returning their response, but remain "In Progress" in some instances.

The app driven integration is a shared components which is used by several scheduled processes, hence the reason for not making the REST request directly from the scheduled process.
