Enabling OAUTH in OIC gen3

Summary:

Hello Team,

Our lower instances got upgraded to OIC generation 3. After the upgrade, OIC REST API calls with basic authentication are not working. To overcome this, I did OAUTH configuration and i am able to generate the access token from postman. However, If i try to invoke any OIC REST API's using the generated access_token am getting the error like below.

    "code": "NotAuthenticated",  "message": "The required information to complete authentication was not provided or was incorrect."

I created a connection in OIC environment and when i click on "Provide Consent" button am getting the below error.
