Accrual Adjustment Should NOT impact Inventory Valuation in Actual Costing

Hello Experts

Our customer is using Actual Cost method. There is requirement in which when Accrual Adjustment is done then Costing System should NOT update Inventory Valuation/Layer Cost. Rather it should get write off without touching valuation, even though On Hand exist.

we have not enabled Propagate cost adjustment.

Please suggest a way to achieve this.
