Here's a good one... we've got multiple unconnected business units all using chat and we need a way to prevent chats from chat queue A from being transferred to chat queue B.

There doesn't appear to be any native functionality that supports this, either using workflow or workspace rules.

Does anyone have any idea how this can be accomplished?
