P2T clone frequency?

Hello is there any consensus on frequency of P2T copies? We always have a group that wants fresh data or ability to replicate issues which requires more frequent clones. But then concerns of work in progress needs to be saved or incomplete testing needs to be redone. And the loss of a day or two for post clone activities such as granting access, reinstalling WIP...Pluse we have proprietary systems and data warehouse that are impacted as well.. Is there a best or prevailing practice for Fusion ERP cloud? .
