How to add budget entry name to OTBI?

Our organisation is currently on Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications version 23D (11.13.23.10.0) .

In relation to the Budgetary Control Module, can 'Budget Entry Name' from the budget control data source be added to an OTBI report I'm trying to create?

If the 'Budget Entry Name' field cannot be accessed through OTBI, can it be accessed through other reporting options?
