Using the guidelines of What's New(23D)

Segregation of Asset Transaction Entry and Transaction Posting Duties

Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information):

 For Segregation of Asset Transaction Entry and Transaction Posting Duties, Transaction Reviewer User can:

1. Review transactions in Edit mode and post all the asset transactions, including Addition, Adjustment, Transfer and Retirement, but cannot Create or Edit the transactions.
2. Send a transaction back to the preparer if it requires corrections by changing the queue status to "New".

However, it seems that the user cannot choose the Queue "New" for let transaction back to the preparer. The Queue only have choices; Book changed, Delete, On hold, Post, Review.
