Future dated person Contact HCM Extract

Hi,

I have created an HCM Extract with root UE PER_EXT_SEC_PERSON_NOW_FUTURE_UE. Child UE is PER_PER_CONTACTS_UE and for phones this contact has a child UE PER_PER_PHONES_UE. I have joined the contact and phone with follows

But the phone for contacts is not getting picked up at all. I want the contact phone added in the past or future should get picked up. Which UE to use ?
