If Last Working Date falls on a weekend or holiday, then the system should select a working date prior to the holiday.

If the employee/HR Member selects a weekend or holiday as a Last Working Date, the system should provide a pop-up for the Employee/HR member that the Last Working Date falls on a holiday or weekend, and the pop-up should be based on the calendar from the respective Country of the employee.
