How to restrict the Nonworker Type while Add a Nonworker.

edited Mar 14, 2024 8:53AM in Work Life Solutions 1 comment

Summary:

Hi Team,

Oracle requested to convert all the contingent workers as Not Managed by HR. We are facing a challenge to restrict the Nonworker Type while Add a Nonworker.

When a Line Manager and HR try to Add a Nonworker, we are getting an option to select a value for the Nonworker Type, over there we are getting multiple LOVs based on the different Legal Employer like select the option as Nonworker, Not Managed by HR, Retiree, Volunteer, Pensioner, Nonworker Paid, Nonworker Unpaid etc. which is causing an unnecessary confusion to the user.

We want to restrict Nonworker Type as a "Not Managed by HR" value only, as this value is derived from Oracle default Common Lookups and Lookup is not editable.

Howdy, Stranger!
