Need the BACS field 10 with employee NI number for Child Maintenance DEO's - UK Payroll
This is related to Court Order payments for Child Maintenance DEO's
Currently, they submit payments using your Employer Reference Number. This means the agency have to reconcile the payment to each individual paying parent before it can be released. This process can result in increased contact to the employee company and does delay payments to families.
So, the Child Maintenance Service, has requested the following;
1. Process individual payments for each paying parent’s DEO
2. Amend the payment reference in BACS field 10 to the Employee’s National Insurance Number (NINO). Only the employee NINO should be included in BACS field 10
So, I need to know how we can set the BACS field 10 updated with employee NI number?
