UK Statutory Paternity is not working as expected post 24A new legislation changes

Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information):

Hi Team,

Oracle has introduced the new changes to the statutory paternity plan/formula effective from April 7th 2024 as per new UK Legislation Guidelines. From April 7th, Colleagues can split the 14 days paternity absence in 2blocks, one in main paternity and the other in paternity extension type respectively. This change has introduced a new issue for the main paternity type. As per UK Legislation, statutory paternity to be paid only for 14days even if the absence duration is exceeding in one instance or multiple instances. But we have noticed that SPP is paying 14 days in all the instances.

Howdy, Stranger!
