Report or Analysis that links all expenditure type to accounting transaction

The current Analysis 'Project Costing - Actual Costs Real Time' does not provide the accounted costs of the associated expenditure item pulled in that analysis. Looking for a way to pull that accounting for each expenditure item

I have tried to find but have failed anything that would directly provide the same information found on the Manage Costs page for a specific expenditure item's "Accounting" that can be viewed when you click 'View Accounting' for that expenditure item.

The goal here is to provide accounting an accurate representation of where the project costs were expense in the GL. We have project costs coming in from a variety of sources (directly entered, payables, cost management , etc) and the 'Project Costing - Actual Costs Real Time' analysis within Oracle does not provide any link to the associated accounting for an expenditure item at all.
