Earned Sick and Safe Law Recording Absences
Our state recently put into effect an earned sick and safe time law. We are having difficulty in the best way to record time for that use. We use Oracle for HCM, but UKG for time and attendance. Does anyone have any suggestions on ways to record or have users record earned sick and safe in Oracle? We're exploring both systems as options. We can't ask the reason for the absence, so we're concerned our tracking may not be accurate and aren't sure if we should find a way for employees to self report. Any suggestions would be appreciated!
