What table holds partial time entries from the Web Clock?

edited Mar 23, 2024 12:58AM in Workforce Management 1 comment

In summary, if a web clock entry is incomplete AND it has no time type attached, then where is that stored on the backend tables. You're welcome to read more for details if that will help.

We have a number of employees that log time entries in the web clock, and they manually select the pay premium at clock in. While creating a report to show reported and calculated time we found problems with a few scenarios:

--when an employee punches in and fails to punch out we found that they returned errors. We solved this with code to display '0' for these scenarios. This helps to indicate that the employee came in, but they don't have any time recorded. This picture is the result of an employee punching in and NOT punching out on the 24th of November.

Howdy, Stranger!
