Mass legal employer change and Employment Contracts

Dear all,

We've just tested the following scenarios:

  1. Mass LE change: employment contract information is migrated from the old WR to the new one.
  2. Global Temporary Assignment: employment contracts' section can be neither hidden nor inherits current employment contract information. As a result, if HRs do not fill contracts' information during Global Transfers, there won't be any contract info in the new WR.

Why contract information in Global Transfer can't pass from the old WR to the new one automatically as in mass LE Change action? Am I missing something?
