Automate Balance Transfer from Plan A to Plan B with same Legal Entity
Summary:
Hello, we would like to explore a way to automate the transfer of balances from Plan A to Plan B. We current have Plan A for Union employees and sometimes those employees are converted to Non Union status and there is a seperate Plan B for Non Union status employees.
When employee is going to Non Union, then they are enrolled into new plan and they just accrue what a new hire would get and that employee will not recover the hours they had in the previous Union plan.
Is there a way to automate this? Right now, we have to manually adjust by filtering for inactive plan as of the last day, then transferring that balance into the new active plan.
