Fusion - Custom Role for Responsive Self Service

Summary:

Oracle has suggested to create custom role for the responsive self service.

However we could not find function privilege - Use REST Service - Locations List of Values 

hence, while accessing Responsive self service application, we could not see the location list. Could You please advise.

We created custom role as guided by Oracle here in the documentation.

In summary, we added below function security privileges and duty role to create custom role for the responsive self service application
