Unable to pass the First Job step parameters to the subsequent job steps in ESS jobset

Summary:

When running the Job Set ‘Test Period Inventory Valuation’, the Parameters entered in Job Step 10 are not passed through to Steps 20 and 30. 

For steps 10, 20, and 30 we are using the same job with different application-defined parameters.

The Parameters (Cost Organization, Cost Book, Period) are to be entered in Job Set Step 10 only. Parameters entered in Step 10 should be passed through to all subsequent Steps. The Parameter Valuation Type is set differently in the Application Defined Properties of Steps 20 and 30:

The Parameters Cost Organization, Cost Book, and Period are NULL. it is supposed to give the same as Job Step 10.
