how we can update the schedule description or distribution description to be different from the line

we have a PO with one line and we will split this line into multiple schedule lines and distribution lines. and we are required to update/ change the schedule or distribution description to explain the meaning of the schedule or distribution line

example:

PO line description is: security guard agreement

The schedule line "1" description is: security guard fees for Jan 2024

The schedule line "2" description is: security guard fees for FEB 2024

The schedule line "3" description is: security guard fees for March 2024 ..... ETC

The distribution line "1" description is: security guard fees for Jan 2024

The distribution line "2" description is: security guard fees for FEB 2024
