Is there other possibility to get ADF customization file?

Summary:

Hi,

We are getting ready to reedwood experience, our customer hasn't got sync Production and Test environment because they are in development phase, so we can not create an "outgoing migration set" in Oracle fusion Migration menu.

Is there other possibility to get the ADF customization File in order to start reporting and migrating customizations?
