Need help in creating "Parameter Type" Enterprise Journal Attribute.

I am trying to create custom report for Enterprise Journals in which I can use Period condition filter, with parameter selected. In the Parameter type however, we dont have Enterprise Journal Attribute created by default. could some one explain how to create this Parameter Type " Enterprise Journal Attribute"

Oracle Document shows there is "Enterprise Journal Attribute" as Parameter Type. How do you we create this?
