Failed to add users to IAM

Summary:

Hi experts - We have been running API to add the users to IDCS/IAM and then to the application groups for a long time. Since last week, we have noticed an error with API that says "Failed to add users. EPMCSS-00752: Failed to add users. ADD_EXT_USER. Error executing query - UNKNOWN. Verify IDCS user directory configuration". Has anyone seen this error?
