Budget Validation Issue

We have uploaded the monthly budget, and the budget balance for each month is 98,500. The total budget balance for the 12 months is 1,182,000.00.

Now, when the user creates a PR using 1,500,000, it shows a budget failed error, which is expected. However, the user expects the available balance to be displayed as 1,182,000 instead of 98,500 (attached screenshot). This is because the user is creating the PR for more than the 1,182,000 budget balance for the entire year.

The user's requirement is for PRs or POs to be created on a yearly basis, with the budget balance consuming the entire year, as per the example above.
