Copying formula-based depreciation from EBS to Cloud?

We are copying a formula-based depreciation from EBS to Cloud. When we try to save the formula, it throws the following error "too many objects match the primary key oracle.jbo.key".

We are implementing oracle cloud for our client. Client is moving from EBS to Cloud. In EBS for assets there are formula-based methods created and used as deprecation methods. While trying to create the same formula-based depreciation method in cloud it throws the following error "too many objects match the primary key oracle.jbo.key" at the time of saving the method. We are copying the exact formula as it is still the same error arises at the time of saving the depreciation method.
