In BPM How to check the initiator is of which AoR

Summary:

Dear Experts,

I need to check if the initiator is a particular AOR person then I need to trigger the workflow. How to get the initiator belongs to which AOR ?

Example if initiator is CHRO then Auto Approve the workflow.
