Absence qualification plan end date on Weekends

Summary:

We have a requirement if qualification plan entitlement is getting end dated on a day after which next days on holiday or weekend then entitlemet end date should get extended upto last day of weekednd.

E.g. If

Band entitlement on plan is as below -

100% pay for 10 days then

50% pay on next 10 days then

0% entitlement

Absence is for 30 days

Suppose 10 days are ending on Friday then 100% pay should get extended up to Sunday (Saturday and Sunday should be on 100% pay only) and payment should drop to 50% from next working day i.e. Monday

Same logic should get applied to other holidays as well which are defined as part of calendar events.
