Incorrect annual leave accrual

Hello,

A colleague is employed on a standard full-time 37 hours per week basis where they work 7.4 hours per day on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday.

The annual leave year runs from 01.09.2023 to 31.08.2024.

The colleague should accrue 259 hours of leave based on their working hours/pattern.

However, this colleague only accrues 150 hours of Annual Leave.

The following checks have been carried out:

  • Work schedule has been checked and is correct.
  • Manual calculation of accrual has been carried out and the total does not change.
  • Absence plan has been deleted from their record and they have been re-added.

Is there anything else that should be checked to identify the cause of the incorrect Annual Leave accrual?
