Position Department is defaulting to Managers Department when Requesting Position Change post 24A
Summary:
When a Manager is requesting a position change for a direct reports position, the Department is defaulting to the Manager's department. This has only started since 24A was applied.
Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information):
Position Department is ABC, Parent Position Department is XYZ, only XYZ is displaying or available to select to the incumbent in the Parent Position. If we adjust the Organizational Security Profile to View All the issue is resolved, however this can't be the answer here, and was working fine prior to 24A being applied.
