When utilizing predefined values like "View All Worker" and "View All People" in person security, access isn't granted to non-workers and terminated employees. However, when employing a custom criteria in person security, access is granted to non-workers and terminated employees.

View All Worker Person Security is secured with Person type (Employee, Non Worker, Pending Worker, Contingent Worker)
